Adam Weil, DMi Partners

Adam Weil is co-founder and CMO of DMi Partners, full service interactive marketing and e-commerce firm with offices in Philadelphia, PA and Boca Raton, FL. As Chief Marketing Officer, Adam is primarily responsible for new client acquisition and business development. He also oversees the Sales department, and manages DMi’s Performance Marketing Division and affiliate marketing network, the CPA Café. On a daily basis, he handles various lead generation, CPA, and other performance-based campaigns.

Adam is long-time veteran of the online marketing industry, having founded and developed UnREAL Marketing, one of the first interactive marketing agencies, prior to starting DMi. Who says you need capital to start a company? What became an award-winning agency with offices in three states and 40 employees, Adam started in his business partner’s house. Adam has worked with high profile brands such as L’Oreal, Kenneth Cole, East Bay, The Zone Diet, IDT Telecom, and the Greater Philadelphia Tourism and Marketing Corporation.

Adam has been featured in numerous industry and business publications such as E-Commerce Times, ClickZ, and the Philadelphia Business Journal. A native Philadelphian, Adam has flown south to head up DMi’s satellite office in Boca Raton, FL. Adam lives with his wife, Dawn, son Devin, and stepsons Aiden and Ken. He is a graduate of Philadelphia University.
