I'm not a blogger by any means, but I hear more stuff go on in this marketplace than I care to listen to at times. I hear the good, the bad, and the ugly. I hear about the great people to work with, the solid companies, and also the scams that people/companies pull off to make their bottom line better.

I'm not out to get anyone, as we are all in this together, somewhat, but some of the BS in our industry sets a bad standard. I'll blog about anything on this forum, especially the good deals, people, companies, etc. But we all know there is a darker side, a dirtier side to the business, and that has to be brought up as well.

That is all.
